Watch Hill, Rhode Island

Watch Hill is a charming village located along the coast of Block Island Sound in southwest Washington County, Rhode Island. Watch Hill is located on a peninsula surrounded by the sea, which adds to its breathtaking beauty. Watch Hill is located at a distance of only 80 kilometers away from Boston and 160 miles from New York and is famous for its coastline, history, bird watching, fishing, and beautiful sunsets.

The significant Watch Hill lighthouse was built in 1806. During the 20th century, Watch Hill became the state of the station and hosts a large number of hotels and houses on the beach. In1938, a cyclone caused devastating destruction of villages and destroyed almost all the hotels and houses from Watch Hill. Despite many changes over time, Watch Hill is an isolated case and a vacation resort community.

Watch Hill is protected, quiet, safe and easily accessible by car, boats and planes. It 'a visual paradise, a city full of history, shopping and beautiful Victorian architecture to delight tourists.
